Kennedy is also expected to testify before the Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pensions Committee.
His May 14 hearing was disrupted by protesters with signs that read: 'RFK kills people with AIDS'.

Protesters were promptly tackled at the budget cut hearing. Ben & Jerry’s co-founder Ben Cohen was among the protesters who was removed.
The Health and Human Services secretary defended his massive cuts to health care programs and fielded questions on a range of other health issues.
Kennedy declined to comment on whether people should be required to received vaccines for certain diseases, as well as reorganization efforts at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
