Trump to appear at campaign-style rally miles from Alabama border as special election looms

President Trump will hold a campaign-style rally in Pensacola, Fla., less than 30 miles from the Alabama border, next week.

The rally is scheduled for next Friday — days before Alabama’s special election for U.S. Senate, according to CNN.

The Republican in the Senate race, Roy Moore, is facing multiple allegations of sexual misconduct.

The Washington Post reported the initial accusations against Moore earlier this month. In that report, four women accused Moore of pursuing sexual and romantic relations with them when they were between the ages of 14 and 18, while he was in his 30s. Other women have come forward with additional allegations since then.

Trump addressed the allegations against Moore last week, offering support but not an official endorsement.
