‘Students for Trump’ crash Bernie Sanders rally

Donald Trump supporters Hunter Swogger from the Michigan Review and Alyssa Rice of the University of Michigan’s Students for Trump attended a Bernie Sanders rally at Ohio State University to see if the senator’s supporters would donate to help build a wall along the Mexican border.

While there was no physical violence, they were spit at and met with cursing, yelling, and accusations of racism.

“God bless you, God bless you, cause you’re going to need some help,” one Sanders supporter told Rice.

At one point the pair decided to up the outrage factor and wear their rival University of Michigan sweatshirts.

“You people are wearing Michigan at Ohio State, at a Bernie Sanders rally trying to get money for Trump? You’re very brave,” an older man said to Swogger.
