ELECTION INTERFERENCE: Supreme court allows gov’t to request Big Tech remove of alleged misinfo

In complete disregard for the First Amendment, the Supreme Court has struck down a lower court ruling in the case of Murthy v Missouri.

The Supreme Court did not find the federal government’s communications with social media platforms about [alleged] Covid-19 misinformation violated the first amendment.

The court’s decision permits the government to call on tech companies to remove information that it deems to be false.
