61% of Sanders voters are #NeverHillary, 48% will vote 3rd party

While Bernie Sanders has officially endorsed Hillary Clinton, the presumptive Democratic nominee so far has not been able to enjoy much comfort in the fact. Nearly half of 2,000 Sanders supporters, at 48 percent, say they will vote third-party, according to a new Yik-Yak survey. Thirty-nine percent will support Hillary and 13 percent chose to support Donald Trump.

Combined, a stunning 61 percent of Sanders supporters say they won’t support Clinton.

The results are good news for Libertarian Gary Johnson, who reached out to disgruntled Sanders supporters with a campaign video. Trump, who has said he plans to win over these supporters for months now, released a video of his own.

Trump as a candidate may not resonate with millennials, but the tone of the ad likely will in reminding viewers what Sanders said about Hillary before he caved and endorsed her.

The survey is similar to other recent ones which show a rise of support for third-party candidates from millennials disgruntled with the two major parties.
